    Kale Broth

    Maybe a dumb question, but its pretty much just the water that the kale is cooked in right? Sooo put a bunch of kale in a crock pot, add water, and cook for a few hours??? Im not to interested in actually eating the kale itself.. its a tad gross in my opinion....

    Kale As Vit K Source

    Hallo, Quick question regarding kale as a vit K source... Am i right in thinking the best way to consume would be to add to a bone broth towards the end and then remove the leaves them selves for eating/drinking? Rough cooking time? to extract nutrients without over cooking and denaturing...
