Almost 5 years into the low vitamin A diet & didn't realize how much darker my hair has gotten because the change is so gradual. I was gray on the sides/salt pepper on top when I started the diet @ 43. I am 48 in Aug. and I have few gray hairs left now

That's interesting, has he got a full head of hair too?

I think they are separate issues based on what I've read here, one possibly calcification issues and the other to do with hair follicles being bleached or not supplied with melanin possibly due to hydrogen peroxide.

The few greys in my stubble remain unchanged but I am not doing particular copper abatement processes. Just not eating liver, cashews, etc.
