Bifonazole is an OTC anti fungal medication that has a strong aromatase inhibition.

bifonazole has also been shown to inhibit calmodulin a protein integral to prostaglandin synthesis and histamine release from mast cells. Elevated levels of calmodulin have been demonstrated in psoriatic plaques.
