That's exactly what I experience! And yes, ENTs are absolutely useless!
I ordered Alaxo stents (alaxousa.com) It's a gamble, but I am desperate. Will let you know if it works. I had two turbinate reduction procedures... Apparently, all of those ENTs work on inferior turbinates, Some of the research out there point out that in many cases middle turbinates can be the issue. Will be seeing another ENT in a week, dicussing the possibility of mid turbinate reduction.
How bad was the turbinate reduction surgery.

How bad was the turbinate reduction surgery.
The first one was "microdebrider submucosal" (mechanical tissue removal). Bleeding for a couple of days after procedure and some crusting for a couple of weeks. Otherwise, was not bad at all. However, the problem is... it did not help! After a year or so, I decided to give "radiofrequency ablation" a go. Recovery was a total nightmare. Complete blockage for three weeks. Worst congestion I have ever experienced! I think, the second procedure made it even worse.
