Constant thirst with hypersalivation and debilitating symptoms

I can't stop salivating and I feel so thirsty all the time. And after I drink I have to keep urinating, but it doesn't matter how much I drink because it just doesn't quench the thirst.

Had these problems along with major cognitive dysfunction ever since taking Myo inositol in the past. It impacts electrolytes and the sodium potassium pump somehow but I just can't work out what it has thrown off balance. Also have tightened facial muscles from it and some weird type of GERD where I have to burp to release air or I get pressure in my stomach/esophagus.

Blood tests have shown electrolytes were in range before so I don't know what to do.

I've tried lots of magnesium and vitamins etc but my body is in one giant state of imbalance and I just can't fix it

I am so sorry to hear about your issues. I really would recommend getting checked out. Those are some serious symptoms.
Could you be deficient in sodium or potassium? Hyponatremia or hypokalemia can sometimes be extremely serious. Another possibility - hypercalcemia? (Thirst/urination/confusion)
Regarding constant thirst:
I have dry mouth/eye issues - I can tell you some things that have helped me and some ideas but I don't know if they would be helpful for you or not, or even make things worse. I am not any kind of health specialist.
When my eyes are dry, water is not so helpful. But if I add some salt to the water it really helps with dry eye. Also honey-water is helpful(i dissolve some honey in water). I don't know if this would be relevant for you (and it's probably not Peaty), but before I found honey water and salt water I would use standard eyedrops mixed with a bit of high quality castor oil - the castor oil really helped to keep my eyes hydrated. In fact I heard it's a main ingredient in a major drug for dry eye. I stopped taking it because of the PUFA, but it works in a pinch.
Salt water helps me with dry mouth too. What about something like gelatin? Maybe it could help with thirst/hydration?
I wish you the best.

I don't know but I've took electrolyte supplements, measured things like calcium, sodium and potassium in blood and they were fine. I think it could be to do with the machinery that controls electrolytes like pumps etc

I don't want to take salt though because I think it makes things worse. Yesterday and now I have a salty taste under the tongue which is making me even more thirsty. Also had lots of twitching in right hand

Well I hope you can figure it out soon. Maybe someone on this forum will have an idea that could help you.
I read that sometimes dehydration can cause twitching.

I know constant thirst can be a sign of diabetes, but the constant salivating is not something I have heard of…

“Increased thirst can be a sign of dehydration. This can also be a symptom of poorly controlled diabetes.”
