I have about 20 Life Extensions-100mg DHEA pills left that I take on a regular basis.I open up the capsule and pour a bit of DHEA powder sublingually.I can‘t say the exact dose as I am doing it without any exact measures but if taken daily I think a pill does last me 10-13 days.
Would it be wise to open up all the pills and put them in some MCT oil or would you prefer the sublingual approach for better absorption?
