Weight training program: Push,Pull,Legs

I’m going to shoot for 6 days a week with 4 exercises per session.
When I’m tired I will take the day off.

Nutrition

Breakfast: Mostly eggs and fruit with lots of butter and cheese along with coffee and A2 milk.

Lunch: steak, beef, chicken and liver along with white rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes.

Dinner: Same thing as lunch but different food choices.

Before bed: A2 milk with glycine

Supplements: 400 mg/magnesium glycinate and 15mg/zinc picclionate these will be taken after breakfast. DHEA will be taken 2-3 times a week.

My goal is to boost DHT a bit in 3 months time. I will keep you guys informed!
