How often did you take exemestane? I take 25 mgs once a week
That's not even a lot....12.5mg every 3 days for 2 months to boost my testosterone levels back in 2016.

Where does your Estradiol land on blood tests? That's a massive amount of aromatase inhibition when you don't take steroids with it.

And were you top third before?Lower third of the range
And were you top third before?
I'm assuming your test dropped. Or were you taking exogenous t before?Around mid-range, along with top-third testosterone levels.
does it increase aldosterone? or somehow convert to aldosterone or cortisol?I'm talking water retention still after long term usage.

Does it increase the need for calcium, magnesium, etc? Would it go better with milk? How did it affect diet and nutrient labs? Any recession? My test was still top third before I hoped on exogenous testosterone.
I take exogenous testosterone for 3 reasons :
1) to boost estrogens
2) to boost DHT
3) because high testosterone levels still don't do the job at the receptor level nowadays, you need VERY high testosterone to do the job.

Hair?I do drink milk.
I think exogenous testosterone increases the need for nutrients to the extent that it increases metabolism, that is marginally.
Have you noticed a change in physique? My test was still top third before I hoped on exogenous testosterone.
