It's the second time I own a powerball, I think they are awesome for training your wrist, fingers and forearm strength, of course depending on how fast you're spinning it. I also noticed they effectively lower stress, kind of like a squishy ball on steroids 😄

Is anybody else using one? I was thinking about whether the vibrations it is causing in the arm could be in any way damaging. At high speeds I can even feel my shoulder vibrating.

Here is a video demonstrating how it works

And a guy hitting 22000 rpms which is insane 😳

I bought one of these about 25 years ago, I have it somewhere?? Need to find it, would be good to use now that I'm older and lazier haha. it takes some practice to get the inertia going properly and I assume some can't do it.

I had one of these when I was a teenager. Unfortunately, at that time I decided to "train" my forearm strength by other means. :(

I'll have to check if that thing is still lying around somewhere in my parents' house. It was fun. Never thought about it as a means to lower stress.
