I had a split toenail on a big toe for probably ten years. It wasn't anything major and was hardly noticeable but I knew it was there and wasn't happy about it. Anyway, I had forgotten all about it (Probably because I am not wearing flip flops, what with it being cold now). I don't know what reminded me of it just now but I had a look to see if the split was still there but it has gone. I don't know what it is that has cleared up this problem but I am pretty sure it is something to do with using some of Peat's tips. My diet is not exactly Peat but there are big hints of Peat. It's been basically Meat, OJ, sugar, gelatin (including homemade stock) and eggs for a few years now. I added new potatoes a couple of weeks ago but the split on the nail would have taken much longer than a couple of weeks to grow out so new potatoes have not cured it.
Whatever it was, I'm happy about it.
