Thyroid Markers

I've been ill since Christmas with what I believe started out as strep throat and led to guttate psoriasis and been trying various things to fully recover. Perhaps the best I can hope for is to keep the infection in remission. I've been wondering if I have some thyroid issues. My labs don't appear to be untrained eye to be hugely dissimilar from a year ago other than T4 being higher but would appreciate your opinion on whether you think there are some issues here and whether I might benefit from thyroid supplementation. If so, would I become dependent on the supps?
