I looked into the coffee thing deeper. If you are the type that can't take too much caffeine, or you get too wired from coffee...

get yourself a decent grinder, arabica beans and make turkish.

the volatile oils in preground do degrade/oxidize
robusta beans have more caffeine than arabica
by consuming only arabica you might be able to tolerate a lot more coffee/ magic chlorogenic acid.
turkish is not boiled, just heated to where the oils start to foam, i think this has a positive net effect

if you're not grinding fresh you owe yourself at least that upgrade
