Hi this post is a little bit old but still I thought I would chime it. I also have very low cholesterol like yours. There are those of us out there with cholesterol below 100!

I think taking pregnenolone helps a little. I eat eggs and fructose but it doesn’t help. I wish there were more answers.

Low cholesterol is a bit like low thyroid. The body is putting the brakes on the metabolism for some reason. Since it is made in the liver, I try to understand that better. It seems supporting liver function should be key for everyone anyway.

I keep hoping the answer will pop up on this forum since there are some free thinkers here. So if I figure it out I will post here. Until then I feel your pain and am right there with you.

If by some miracle you have managed to raise your cholesterol, please let us all know.
