Hi all
Have you noticed some correlation between your waking temps and outside temp and clothing?
I'm having trouble finding a pattern in temps, supplemented thyroid, MB, slept hours, sleep quality, etc...today I slept pretty badly, one of the worst sleeping nights in weeks maybe, late, woke up several times (noisy neighbours) and I finally asked myself something:
I woke up at 9:30 AM, not at my usual 7 AM, outside temp was 21 °C instead of 13-15 °C, and I didn't feel cold as I woke up, and my temp was 97.4 °C, when I can even get 96.8 °F to 97 °F sleeping "well".
And I'm asking myself that: how does enviromental temp for you, as well as cothing on bed, relates to higher temp? could temps be an unreliable way to measure things in unstable climates/waking hours?
