Sooma Natural Deep REM Sleep Supplement

I realize it also comes with tryptophan... just curious if anyone has seen any results with Sooma.

She's been coming off anti-depressants over the last past year. She's experimented with Benedryl and cyproheptadine and not seen the results she's looking for... so she did her own research and came across this.
