Hi everyone.

I assume a Peat style diet already works to lower levels of these three chemicals, but what are some extra tools you've come across to help with each of these? And do you have any symptoms to differentiate which chemical is causing problems for you?

When I workout (weightlifting) my face gets bright red, I figure this is due to nitric oxide release and taking aspirin seems to help with that.

I also get quite a puffy face from time to time if I stray from my diet too much, I figure this is excess estrogen.

What's your experience?

Well to be quite hoenst everything Dr. Peat. writes about is related to controlling those 3 substances.... but aside from the diet and light I have ahd some success with some supplements you should really consider.

DHEA 10mg daily, carrot salad with coconut oil, l-lysine 2-3mg twice each day, coffee, gelatin/bcaas (expecially with muscle meat) are all really good for lwoering serotonin

aspirin, zinc, magnesium for estrogen control,

l-lysine again has direct affect to combat NO release

you can take things a step further with some prescription compounds like cypro and lisuride

keep reading the articles around here good luck!
