im glad someone bumped this thread...I don't take aspirin or supplement, so I notice a lot of subtle things. I cant figure out why at random times, palm oil seems to give a unique respiring boost, and lightening feel. Its not the vit A or E cause I get plenty of those. The only thing I could think it might be is coq10, cause I don't eat meat or anything that has it...(milk I guess) but I figured I might be low, especially if I don't consume enough sugar/overall calories for synthesis.
That could explain it, as palm oil has coq10...also has squalene. Maybe I need more calories in general so this wont be necessary...though I only consume rarely, when im feeling it
if only aspirin didn't burn my stomach...I guess im one of the salicylate sensitive. Im quite sensitive to oranges and other fruit also...if I overdo it
