For days, I want to study the whole day, and don't want worry about foods.

- 0.5 L sieved OJ
- 0.5 L goat milk
- 20 gram of oats
- 20 gram potato starch
- 20 gram of sugar
- 20 gram of gelatin
- 2 gram of salt

Supplements
- 3 gram of optimsm
- estroban
- 100 mg of caffeine
- 100 mg l-theanine
- 120 mg magnesium glycinate
- 250 mg Saccharomyces Boulardii

This is about 120grams of carbs, which is probably a quarter of what a Peat diet would be for an adult male (ie 50%+ of calories through carbs)

I think (hope) he meant he would drink 3x this in a day. But whats with the oats and potato starch?? How about throw in 5-10 bananas instead. Way more nutrition and way easier on the digestion.

Where can I get a bottle of optimism?? Is 3g enough?

If optimsm is a version of msm, Peat discouraged using it pretty strongly in a recent interview. I wish he would explain his thinking about sulfur more, he doesn't seem to like any version of it but a lot of sulfur molecules are essential. It has to come from somewhere.

Just what I was wondering.

He favours magnesium sulphate baths and occasional (eg once a year) flowers of sulphur and some eggs (limited to avoid excess PUFA, not sulphur, as far as I'm aware?).

My all in one drink:
Milk
Instant Coffee
Cane sugar
Salt
Egg from MY hens
and/or gelatin

OR

Milk
Frozen Strawberries
Cane Sugar
Salt
Cream of tartar (cheap potassium for keeping things moving and weight loss)
egg for MY hens
and/or gelatin

I don't drink the last few sips of seeds that settle to the bottom.

Bananas are NOT a good fruit unless you are picking it off the tree yourself, mostly starch and can cause issue related to latex allergies and can exacerbate digestion issues, especially in women.

When you say you take cream of tarter to "keep things moving", are you using it for the same purpose as cascara?

It taste like a orange juice milk shake. The egg yolk makes it very creamy.

I might have gone with you if you said 'cream soda', but orange juice milk shake sounds so strange.

I know thats just semantic, I'm sure it's not bad. :ninja

What does cream of tarter do for weight loss?
