Codfish fritters

I found a site about Dominican cooking and recipes that were real close to Peat friendly. This one Codfish fritters uses cornstarch but masa harina would probably work as well.

The recipe uses salted cod but fresh would also work as well.

She also says masa harina or harina de maize in Dominica is finer than the one we use (but not as fine as from Venezuela). I'd like to find a better tasting masa harina, personally.

I might try that recipe Bing Ding! I bet white rice flour might also work in place of corn starch.

I bet it would work just fine! I found masa harina from Bob's Red Mill that is a very fine grind, I'm hoping it will be good.

Oh great! I can find Bob's Red Mill products with ease normally. Thanks for letting me know. :D
