Hello

Anyone use this and would it be ol to use, would it be better then sugar or myple syrup, well meaning for nutrients but I wonder if its safe.

No. Sorghum is a grain, and so it would naturally have defensive mechanisms to deter grazers (us) from digesting it. Both sugar and maple won't have these elements, but maple is refined so much that it can contain allergens as well (though the maple sugar is excellent). Cane and fruit sugar are the best, easiest to digest and composed of the ideal monosaccharides.

It would be glucose syrup, like a non gmo corn syrup. While it could have some defensive properties most of it will have been left behind. Cane sugar is best because it's balanced, fruit too, if it's ripe. It would be ok, better than eating a slice of bread and I still eat bread on occasion slathered in butter. ;)
