I initially interpreted the beginning as saying "old world pickling Crocs," a product I now wish existed.

The interview clarifies a lot questions asked recently on the forum.

Bacteria:
- The type of lactic acid (racemic) produced by bacteria more problematic than the lactic acid we produce.
- Some of those bacteria are *anti-inflammatory* but not the *lactic acid*. The story seems to be that the bacteria can help for an existing intestine inflammation, though the animal studies he talks about show that in an anti-septic world the animal functions well without any bacteria and a healthy human should be low germ in the small intestines.
- Sour yogurt (Greek) is safe, the more acidic ones are not (he didn't react well to Kefir).

Estrogen promoted by bacteria from starch, protection with the saturated fats.

Nitric oxide and histamine are two fundamental stress outputs in living cells. Beneficial role of endogenously produced nitric oxide at the initial phase of wound healing, but cancer if nitric oxide keeps being produced too long. Research community embraced the power of Viagra and changed its mind about Nitric Oxide :D

Quantity of protein required depends a lot on cortisol and usage efficiency, animal in the study don't require much as they are healthy.

lol I kind of forgot the details, its just an epic description of how...its where the rubber meets the road in terms of intellect, thoughts, effecting physiology...which once you realize that alone you realize how the systems of medicine, psychology ect...are ineffective, because they dotn take many things into account. Its how learned helplessness, aka putting an animal in a situation it cant escape, leads to NO production and poisons the liver...which then cascacades into slowing metabolism in brain, and lungs...and depression is an outcome. So even with a perfect diet and all the pro thyroid, DHEA, progesterone promoting nutrients, one's mindset alone can poison their physical metabolism. Its so eloquent to me because ive been into ayrvedic, Chinese, and other older systems of spirituality and life sciences...and they all know how spirit, mind and body all effect each other and vice versa. I still think from experience, years, that food is the most important (and air/water quality) but the other things can make an almost equal impact at times. Its just very informative and enlightening

and on a personal cynical but truthful note, our whole society it seems is deliberately set up, from the way school, work, corporations, lobbying, govt, law enforcement, everything from stop lights to lines to inability to have voice heard, to medical establishment...to religion, it seems deliberately set up to create learned helplessness and basically poison the metabolism in every way possible, to create retreat, fear, weakness, depression, and anxiety amongst the people. Then on top of that the air water and food are almost all tainted or poisonous...so its no wonder we have what we have. But its overcomable, just extremely difficult

But without those protective substances, I think the effect of the wrong mindset would be amplified enormously so it's still important to focus on maximizing the protective substances.

Also, lacking the protective substances could have mental effects that make it easier to fall into the wrong mindset.

I think mental things are important, but most of the trouble in the world I think is caused by biological reasons. Evil or destructive people are mainly that way because they experienced a suboptimal prenatal environment, for example by excess PUFAs. I think their brains are defective and it's a huge part of why they act destructively, and as prenatal PUFA exposure continues to increase in society, we can expect things to get even worse.

I've believed this general concept for a long time, even pre-peat. This is the first time I've seen anyone else articulate it.
