The high point of the interview for me
was Peat's careful explanation
of how acid-alkaline works at the cellular level.
And then urea and urea supplementation was discussed
within that context.
Oral dosages were tossed out.
Seems like a very non-toxic supplement.

I still don't get the part where Ray Peat says too low a concentration would be detrimental. He never transfers that into the talk about dosage.

Nice! Listened to the last one, I'll check this one out soon too. I know Peat mentioned that Urea can help heal wounds without scarring. I started to wonder if it would fade old scars. I think I might get some urea cream and try it out.
