Knowing what I know about 9/11, I highly doubt the "Tsarnaev" family actually exists. Crisis actors, fake patsies, mock trials, non-disclosure agreements surrounding insurance settlements... What can I say, we live in a truly f**ked point in history. 1984 wasn't just a story, it was a warning.
