Need some food suggestions

I need suggestions for high calorie food, but it has to be:
low/no fat
low/no protein
low/no water

I've sort of pre-filled in the rest of the day on cronometer based on what I plan to eat, but I'm low on calories by about 400 calories. I will have plenty of protein and all the fat I want after I eat what I put into cronometer. But I still need calories.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is really well cooked potato but on the other hand it's not THAT calorie dense and quite boring eating on it's own. Maybe make a mash with a tiny bit of butter/cream and a lot of salt :)

Oh sorry! Fruit juice would be too much fluid. That's a tough one.

Congratulations! In paleoland you'd receive a gold star for keeping the carbs down. Now celebrate with som grain-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, preferably grassfed cake!

...then go do some sprints!

Thanks for the suggestions, all. I actually changed my dinner plans, but nice to have the ideas for another time. I saw dates on sale, should have picked some up today.
