Do I need Progest E?

I have already gone through menopause and breezed through it with the help of a kinesiologist. But I have had some weight gain, about 25 pounds, and think it had something to do with menopause when I went through it (it only lasted a year and I barely knew I was in it). I just noticed the weight gain. At first I had hot flashes, but treatment with my kinesiologist who specialized in women's horomones and diamataceous earth completely took the flashes away.

So, now, I am wondering if I should get the progest E to help facilitate the weight gain into loss. I am also going to make some changes to the RP way of eating per the advise of someone who responded to one of my posts here and I will also be adding more amino acids and B3, etc, etc.,

So, having said all that, I think that the progest E will help with this. And, I recently had an abnormal pap smear....and I will be seeing a ND in regards to this as I think it's cervical dysplasia and I will be working with the ND to reverse it naturally and not with all the methods conventional medicine uses. Having breast cancer three years ago, (it was Grade zero, so not a big deal after radiation and surgery and working with an ND, the onset of this was estrogen dominance), and now with the pap smear issue and the weight gain I am thinking it's all related to the ED and perhaps the progest E with the new additions to the RP way of eating (meaning adding the aminos and the shellfish, and the B3, and zinc, etc, etc, as one poster suggested to me) would be an effective combination against ED.

Any thoughts?

Yes Progesterone as I understand it is pretty much necessary for women after menopause. Being male I can't say for myself but my mother takes it and it helps her tremendously. I don't know that it will specifically help lose weight, that would be related to your dietary habits.

Hi Nate again!!!! Thank you! Okay, I will order some. I have no issues, but I think the ED tends to kick up or is getting more under control. Thanks again!!!!

Peat talks somewhere about normalizing pap smears. It would be worth searching his articles or perhaps the email help thread. I think he mentions vitamin a.
progesterone sounds ideal too .

Yes, I'm fairly sure it involved topical vit A (not carotene).

Progesterone could well be helpful.
And coffee if it doesn't cause you stress
Possibly also aspirin.
Here're a couple of related articles from Peat, in case you haven't seen them:
