so I’ve recently found Ray Peat and have started learning about what he recommends diet wise and it seems like all PUFA substances are not okay with him. This is a challenge for me because I have been taking Black currant seed oil for hair and eye health, also for mood but I am now unsure if it is good for me. It has a good amount of gamma linoleum acid in it which I have read has quite a few health benefits. I have been taking 500 mg, twice daily. Is that dose ok PUFA wise? Should I reduce my dose?
