Hi there.

I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so apologies if I have placed it in the wrong place.

Would increased liquids in the stomach affect the fat soluble effect from food? I have always unconsciously tried to keep my liquid intake away from meals, as I have always thought that the liquid would dilute what is in the stomach.

If, for example, K2/D/A/E needed X amount of fat in order to be absorbed, and you downed a quart of OJ with that meal, surely the X amount of fat you consumed would be diluted, therefore negatively affecting absorption?

I don't want to waste Haidut's lovely supplements, see. This K2 supplement is awesome. But then, I suppose it depends on how long it takes for that food in your stomach to digest?

Would drinking the fluid first, help? Does fluid go down quicker than food? How much faster is it processed? Would the fluid be gone by the time the food was down there?

Thanks,
Bobby
