Hi all,

Where can I get a fluoride-free gelatin supplement? I have used great lakes gelatin sporadically. I always used it a week and stopped it. The longs Ive used it was 3 sporadic weeks. I did a quci google search and found out it has a **** load of fluoride!!!! 50ppm! Thank You

Less than 50ppm. Beef itself is often 20 to 30 ppm fluoride. Why is this a concern?

But normal amount is okay

Drinking water have fluoride
Im talking about the water of spring water
