I was wondering if a high metabolism means more daily calories for maintenance without fatgain? (whether it be from carbs,proteine or fat is I think person related.)
Anyone with personal experience here? (I know Billy Craig once did a year over over-feeding on 6000Cals and he said it was the leanest he ever got.)
Also how do you know you're metabolism's high? as I don't think temps/heartrate's always a trustable indicator bc 'stress/adrenal stress' can also raise temp&heartrate.
I wonder if the high/strong pulse people are talking about here,is actually a positive sign or that it means that the body/adrenals are actually stressed.....
