This fall I was looking to start getting into a combat sport. I have been leaning towards traditional boxing but am also considering Muay Thai and Greco Roman wrestling. I was wondering if anyone on here has dabbled in any of these in the midst of peating and how it felt. I currently lift 6 days a week for about 30 minutes of heavy duty training so my body would not be completely blindsided by such physical activity. The cardio involved does intrigue me though.
