A Cornell University study published in Antioxidants provided more evidence that titanium, silicon, zinc and iron nanoparticles present in many foods and supplements may cause serious disturbances to intestinal health and function, and to the gut microbiome.

Everything is dangerous with damaged metabolism, even sugar.

Microplastics and xenoestrogens are still a bigger issue Imo.

yeah + i read one released in 2022 that showed silicon dioxide reduces brain cell growth in the hippocampus
at doses that could be hit with a couple supplements. and that passes on to offspring. that stuff is everywhere in supplements and medications, irritating trying to find supps that dont have it

increases oxidative stress (MDA) 2 fold

hopefully the companies adjust & stop using it or at least standardize to make sure they only use the large particle type.
when it catches on they will lose business so eventually they will either way
