I noticed I definitive look softer and puffier in the face.. maybe due to dairy or fruit juice since these are my 2 biggest sources of calories now... which maybe giving me to much, its mucher harder to overeat on rice and chicken than milk,orange juice.
breakfast: coffee, gelatin, sugar
orange juice with protein source (liver or eggs) orange juice up to 24oz
coconut oil
throughout day: 40oz of milk with gelatin and protein
snacks: beef jerkey been using some mexican colas lartely maybe 1-2x a day
dinner usually a meat with rice or potatoe.
probably around the 3000 calorie range
