Just wondering if it would be better to add supplemental (eggshell) calcium to calcium heavy or non-calcium heavy meals?
I typically eat 4 meals a day, like:
1- Dairy/Fruit Meal
2- Meat/Potato/Juice Meal
3- Dairy/Fruit Meal
4- Meat/Potato/Juice Meal
I want to up my calcium and plan on taking eggshell calcium with 2 meals per day. Would it be better to supplement it with the Dairy/Fruit Meals or Meat/Potato Meals? My instinct was the Meat/Potato meals because I figured I'm already getting calcium in the Dairy/Fruit meals, but I'm not sure if the absorption would be better somehow alongside the Dairy because I'm already getting calcium. What do you think is best?
