Thoughts On This Mult-mineral Supplement? Need One For Traveling

Here's one I've used in the past. The minerals are chelated, which I'm not sure is the best, or even good form. And, I'm not crazy about the Boron in the formula, which I think I've heard is very estrogenic.

Thoughts? Recommendations?

Thanks.

I've read the opposite about boron, being androgenic. This looks good, or you can go with Thorne mineral complex.

You could do a lot worse. It looks fine and minimal. Not wild about the silicon dioxide.

May I ask why you think you need a multi-mineral? Will you be seriously deprived of nutrition while traveling?

Thanks for the input and quick responses.

@james2388 -- Yes. About the boron. I've read negative things on RPF, and more positive things on bodybuilding forums. Thorne is always a solid choice, but of course more expensive. I'll compare with this one.

@gately -- You never know. Besides, I'm also stocking up for emergencies and such.

Looks decent, I agree with gately about the silicon dioxide. I use Trace Mineral drops in coffee, coke, and carbonated water to get my minerals. I average around 1/4-1/2 tsp daily between all my beverages. Only thing I don't add it in is milk. I figure milk is already stacked with minerals.

Looks very good I'd say. No iron and low calcium (get that from dairy/eggshell) with good TRAACS/Albion chelates for superior absorption. I wouldn't fret over the magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide.
