I've just tried it on the suggestion of a member here (thanks to him) and it seems to be an easier alternative than doing it manually, as long as you're a native english speaking person.
Of course, one needs to repeat in the microphone what Ray has said ( you can't plug the original interview in the voice recognition software).
If you're not a native english speaking person, it's much trickier, as you need to clearly separate and pause each word, and that makes it much less intuitive and straightforward.
