Have you used a vitamin E supplement regularly for a year or more?

What benefits do you think it caused?

Do you know your blood level?

I use vitamin E one to two times a week (200 IU) as too much of it causes me trouble with my crohn's.
As for the benefits, I can't objectively tell about any specific effect.
I don't know my blood level, though.

Do you have problems if you supplement K2 at the same time?

No, when I have those "minors" problems with the E, taking more of the K (by mouth) helped a lot.
When I asked Ray what he considers the most potent and safest supp to take for someone with the crohn's he told me to take higher amount of K ( on skin rather than by mouth.)
