Danny Roddy video take thyroid with food, same for NDT?

HI Guys

I have recently watched this video with Danny Roddy where he mentions how calcium and iron food just "slow" but not decrease the absorption of levothyroxine. What is everyone experience with NDT? does the same apply to it?

I always take NDT with food, yes. I take it occasionally still, as in nature we would have got a small amount sometimes.

do you take with red meat and dairy as well, and you feel it is working? why would you take it only occasionally?

I don't eat dairy anymore, i do take it with red meat. I think NDT is ok to take intermittently, it works for me anyway.
