Thank you again for your detailed response.
I'm currently researching manufactors to source TTFD. I noticed, that Allithiamine is a bit different than Fursultiamine:
The one from Ecological Formulas is Allithiamin, the one from Overton (Thiamax) is Fursultiamine (TTFD).
My question as a chemcial noob is, how much do they differ and does it matter?
I'm currently researching manufactors to source TTFD. I noticed, that Allithiamine is a bit different than Fursultiamine:
Fursultiamine (TTFD, thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide)
CAS 804-30-8
Formula C17H26N4O3S2
CAS # 804-30-8, Fursultiamine, N-(4-Amino-2-methylpyrimidin-5-ylmethyl)-N-[4-hydroxy-1-methyl- 2-(tetrahydrofurfuryldithio)but-1-enyl]formamide - chemBlink
chemBlink provides information about CAS # 804-30-8, Fursultiamine, N-(4-Amino-2-methylpyrimidin-5-ylmethyl)-N-[4-hydroxy-1-methyl- 2-(tetrahydrofurfuryldithio)but-1-enyl]formamide. An open source of chemical information available to the public online since 2005.
