From my understanding it is very low iron Lactoferrin. I just bought some Jarrow brand.

On all my labs, my iron saturation is always very high. 70% this last time. Ferritin is moderately high at around 150-200.

Symptoms that I think might be related to the high iron:
-I have gotten thrush on more than one occasion
-Terrible armpit odor
-Occasional extreme stomach bloating
-Bad dandruff, Sebhorric Dermatitis
-Brain Fog, feeling insulin resistant
-Generally feel better eating low iron foods/drinks.

I have read that this might help lower this iron (help better regulate it).

I’m a 29 white male.

How was your experience with the jarrow apolactoferrin? Did it help?
