Low Toxin Supplements Bifido Probiotic Inquiry: Seeking Recommendations

Hi all, I've decided to try a bifido probiotic. I've reviewed Dr. Garrett Smith's video transcripts, and he believes that a history of keto/low carb dieting can "decimate" the bifido biome. Just before transitioning to the Ray Peat diet, I followed a one-meal-a-day keto diet for several years. Thus, I'm curious if any of you could suggest a high-quality bifido probiotic. I prefer not to pursue the cultured foods option, as they often contain a blend of various strains, and I've had previous problems with lactobacillus. Thanks in advance for your help.
