Hi there,
My family and I have been Peating for about 1 year and have experienced a lot of success in reducing symptoms of estrogen dominance, and thyroid, and eliminating crippling anxiety. I just found out I'm pregnant and was recommended by my GYN to stop breastfeeding my 18mo to protect both my estradiol levels and also the new baby. I know there are different types of estrogen, but I'm not well-versed in hormones. If breastfeeding during pregnancy could be problematic to the level of estrogen needed to sustain a pregnancy, would it also be wise to discontinue my Vitamin E supplement (Standard Process Wheat Germ Oil 385mg 4x daily) and raw carrot salad regimen?
