Can I Use SAM-E Powder In Just Water?

Hi! I have bought some pure SAM-E powder because I did not want the unhealthy additives of capsules. However, I am wondering if the pure powder in water will be absorbed properly. Many say enteric coated tablets are best... Thanks!

Yes i do but I want to use the Sam-e for depression and pain. I can't get a therapeutic dose from just food.

I have tried cell foods liquid SAM-e and it doesnt do great at dissolving into water.

I think the powder is fairly delicate and breaks down easily. Probably want to keep it dark and refrigerated.
