I've read a few times about people frying an egg (or other PUFA rich food) in coconut oil to displace the PUFA. Would grassfed Butter or Tallow be just as effective?

Interesting, another unusual similar thing I noticed is when I would use coconut oil in my smoothies, my nutrabullet blender would be extremely greasy and hard to clean. When I switched to just milk and fruit (saw it with 2% and Whole), the plastic blender was super clean with no "oily" effect at all, a breeze to clean. I wondered this condition carried over into my inner body.Why do my eggs always stick in coconut oil but not butter. Ive tried many brands too. (not really expecting an answer, just venting)
