Hi, I’m coming off trt , after a year . My T and E were always perfect, but my prog, preg, dhea we’re unbelievably low . Hard to fathom. I’m on hcg now at 500iu daily. 2 weeks in , will probably do 2 more weeks if not more.
I don’t think hcg is this amazing hormone but I’m not coming off cold turkey. Hcg is effective at raising upstream hormones listed Above ^. Hoping when i check mine they are on there way up.
Would adding in prog, preg, thyroid help in my HPTA recovery ? Or hinder. I can’t seem to figure it out or find info. They are exegenous and I am trying to recover my own hormones and restart my HPTA obviously so would hcg alone be best? I’m not aware of the negative feedback of those but I feel good when I take them.
I guess the true way to know is to check my LH (luteinizing hormone) often and make sure it is high.
If you think not adding anything while on pct , when do you think it would be safe to add those back in? Thank you . I’m sort of thinking hcg only bc it’s letting my body do all the work. Hcg is exogenous obvious, but in a way that is letting my own HPTA do the work and fill those hormones in proper ratios.
