When Peat does so many interviews why get your info through their filters when you can get it directly from Peat.

Just to clarify, the word Restrictive in this context (from the description) :

Peat doesn't do interviews very often aside from the monthly KMUD, so any time Danny Roddy releases anything it's a nice little supplement. Also, he follows Peat religiously and, as one commenter noted, is even beginning to look like Peat lol. Roddy is like Ray Peat Jr.
