well around 100mg of coq10 seems to work. yes the quinones are very powerful, so much to explore there. methylene blue is probably the best NO reductor imoI've been thinking lately about nitric oxide and how Vitamin K2 really seems to help lower high NO2 symptoms. I searched Nitric Oxide and this is the 1st post and it's about another Quinone. Kinda funny. I don't really have an answer but you might be up to something. Other Quinones like methylene blue reduce NO2 so I wouldn't be surprised if coq10 does too.
What dose do you feel reduces NO2?
