Hi, everyobody
I disocovered Ray Peat's articles 3 or 4 years ago when I was trying to find some more information about excess pufa's.
I took much EPA (2.4 - 3 g EPA) for my back pain. Now, it's in order since I'm a rotating with phyto products. However DHEA levels are a bit too short but nothing dramatic (I'm 62 years old). Logical as Pufa's are known to inhibit the enzyme systems (desaturases and elongases).
I teach Dutsch in a language school in LIEGE (near Brussel in Belgium).
Nothing particular to signal, except I'm interested in nutrition and health
Glad to be here.
See you next time in other posts.
