Heating Up In The Evening

for the last year or more, as regular as clockwork, between 9 and 10pm I get incredibly hot, start sweating. My actual temperature is only around 97.5 but I’m uncomfortably hot, even the chair is hot to touch. This continues until bedtime where the slightly cooler room temperature cools me down and allows me to sleep.

Most of the day and especially morning I’m cold (96-97) Anybody have idea why I get so unbelievably hot at this specific time every night?

For me it is similar (without the sweating though)

However, I get warmer later in the day / at night than morning / earlier in the day.

Also supplements seem to kick in / work better at this time for me.

I generally get a surge of warmth at night as well. I haven't really figured out why though

It happens to me between 2:30pm to 4:30pm then subsides as quickly as it arrives. Almost like a hot flash. Which, it actually might be a milder version. So that would correlate it to estrogen, cortisol, or adrenaline.

I only get warm if a fine, sassy woman is next to me.
