I was wondering what you guys do to minimize the intrusiveness of getting frequent erections during your pranayama practice. I know it's a funny and uncomfortable topic, but it's actually becoming annoying. Normally I have been sitting in half lotus and it seems like every few minutes I keep getting a boner and it's distracting me from trying to maintain my focus. Would be interested in any tips/advice for those of you who have dealt with this before in meditation.
