I put the powder into my orange juice. I stir like crazy and it eventually pretty much stops floating on top. Then I drink it. If I smush the powder against the wide of the glass with the back of a spoon, it speeds up the process. It's hydrophobic, but it eventually stops floating on top if stirred vigorously.
